Cushman & Wakefield Slovakia has taken over the property management of a Food-anchored Retail Centres and Parks portfolio recently acquired by Shopper Park Plus Nyrt. (SPP) from Tesco Stores SR. The acquisition was completed by Shopping Malls SVK s.r.o., a majority-owned Slovakia-based affiliate of SPP.
This step builds on our ongoing cooperation with Adventum Group, which now extends across Hungary, Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia.

The newly managed properties include four regional Tesco-achored retail centers and parks . Our team successfully took over the full management of all assets in a record-breaking one week, thanks to the collaborative efforts of all involved.

Their portfolio now covers 22 locations across Hungary (14), the Czech Republic (4), and Slovakia (4), totaling 398,000 sq m with over 600 tenants.
