We are pleased to welcome Viktor Tokoš to our Slovak Cushman & Wakefield team as the new Head of Project and Development Services. Viktor brings extensive experience and expertise in the commercial real estate sector.
With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Viktor has held various positions, gaining valuable knowledge and hands-on expertise in project management and consulting. He specializes in the retail and office segments and has worked with major global brands, including Samsung (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), DHL (Germany), Nintendo (Germany), Electrolux Group, Huawei, Tatra Banka, and many others.
Viktor’s professional journey also includes leading and developing business in product, service, and fit-out teams for the renowned company HB Reavis in Slovakia and Germany. He has been involved in the execution and management of significant projects, such as Nivy Mall, Nivy Tower, and Berlin District.
Beyond his expertise, Viktor is recognized for his ability to develop business opportunities and deliver effective, innovative, and tailored solutions for clients. We believe that his experience and skills will contribute to the continued success and growth of Cushman & Wakefield Slovakia.
