- Setting up of feasible timeframe for releasing of vacant space
- Setting up an optimal leasing terms including incentives (rent free periods & financial contribution) to be in line with market standard and the same time make the building profitable
- Setting up marketing campaign including brochures and new branding of the building
- Setting up the target group of suitable companies and approaching strategy
- Viewing execution, preparation of heads of terms, advisory on space planning, fit-out works and on lease agreement negotiation
- Regular reporting on executed viewings and ongoing deals
