01 The Opportunity
For several years, Cushman & Wakefield has provided project management services to the client on an ad-hoc basis. Since 2017, the client has engaged our firm more frequently due to the implementation of an embedded team within their Design & Construction and portfolio teams. This has enabled us to deliver highly focused care and attention, which resulted in the client naming Cushman & Wakefield a preferred OPM vendor globally.
02 The Solution
To ensure our client’s requirements are met at all times, our team is fully accessible to the organization and their global project management needs. Our model provides a single point of contact (SPOC), which manages our global PDS teams for every project to ensure there is a zero learning curve and continuity throughout the portfolio. The SPOC sits onsite with the client’s design and construction crews, enabling both groups to effortlessly stay on the same page.This platform not only facilitates consistent communication, but also allows for quick turnaround when decisions are needed or problems must be solved quickly. Before a new project begins, Cushman & Wakefield acts as a sounding board and true strategic partner, performing all necessary due-diligence exercises, including pricing, site discovery and analyses, enabling the client to make business decisions that will most benefit their organization. Where project management can often prove to be a chaotic process, Cushman & Wakefield works hard to simplify it, providing a “one-stop-shop” for all of the client’s needs.
03 The Results
Cushman & Wakefield has developed and integrated a process map based on our extensive knowledge of the client's culture. The map is designed to bring ease to procedures, while providing consistency.
