What began as a small family business in New York more than 100 years ago, is now a leading global real estate services firm that delivers exceptional value for real estate occupiers and owners. Our iconic brand and approximately 53,000 people operate across approximately 400 offices in 60 countries.   • 1784
    CHESSIRE GIBSON
    La empresa fundadora y predecesora de DTZ, Chesshire Gibson, se establece en Birmingham, Reino Unido.
  • 1820
    HEALEY & BAKER
    La futura operación de Cushman & Wakefield en Europa es fundada en Londres, Reino Unido
  • 1853
    DEBENHAM AND TEWSON
    Se establece en Londres el segundo predecesor, Debenham and Tewson.
  • 1917
    CUSHMAN & WAKEFIELD, INC
    Nace Cushman & Wakefield en Nueva York.
  • 1926
    Cushman & Wakefield inaugura sus oficinas para servicios de alquiler en el edificio General Motors.

    DTZ se extiende a Asia asociándose con CY Leung & Co en China y Edmund Tie & Co en Singapur.

  • 2001
    CUSHMAN REALTY CORPORATION FUE ADQUIRIDA

    Cushman & Wakefield adquiere Cushman Realty Corporation (CRC), reforzando su presencia en la Costa Oeste y Sudoeste de los Estados Unidos, trayendo a los fundadores de CRC, John C. Cushman III y Louis B. Cushman, de vuelta a la firma fundada por su abuelo, J. Clydesdale Cushman y su tío abuelo, Bernard Wakefield.

  • 2004-2008

    Expansión global a través de la adquisición y apertura de oficinas de DTZ en Europa, Asia, Medio Oriente y América.
