Cushman & Wakefield Earns Top Score on Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Assessment of LGBTQ+ Workplace Equality

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cushman & Wakefield (NYSE: CWK), a leading global real estate services firm, a leading global real estate services firm, announced that it again earned a perfect score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s (HRCF) 2025 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), the nation’s foremost benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality.

The 2025 CEI showcases how U.S.-based companies are promoting LGBTQ+ friendly workplace policies and rates companies based on four central pillars:

1. Non-discrimination policies across business entities
2. Equitable benefits for LGBTQ+ workers and their families
3. Supporting an inclusive culture
4. Corporate social responsibility

Cushman & Wakefield joins the 1,449 U.S.-based businesses that were ranked in 2025 and is among the 765 companies that will be honored with HRCF’s Equality 100 Award as leaders in LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion.
