Nadine Augusta is the Chief Impact Officer at Cushman & Wakefield, steering the firm’s global strategy to enhance business performance through culture, talent and social impact. She crafts and implements strategies that unlock greater client value, elevate supplier inclusion, and embed social and economic impact into the firm’s growth strategy.
Nadine takes a holistic approach to corporate transformation, aligning workforce, workplace, and marketplace strategies to maximize business and societal outcomes.
A strategic business leader with over 20 years of experience, Nadine has held key roles at Goldman Sachs, DTCC, Bank of America, Credit Suisse, and KPMG Consulting, driving initiatives in corporate strategy, social impact, operational excellence, and wealth management merger integration. She has led enterprise-wide initiatives that enhance organizational performance, client engagement, and sustainable growth.
Nadine serves on the Board of Trustees for St. Peter’s University, her alma mater, and is a member of the Executive Leadership Council (ELC). She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Peter’s University and completed the Ascent Executive Leadership Program at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
