ORLANDO, May 12, 2025 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that Jordan Wean has joined the firm as a Director in its Land Advisory Group.
In his new role, Wean will play a central role with Cushman & Wakefield’s Florida Land Advisory Group, specializing in serving multifamily developers and land investors throughout Florida and working closely with the firm’s Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group, led by Nick Meoli, Mike Donaldson and Joey Blakely, in the state.
“Jordan’s addition demonstrates our commitment to growing our land and capital markets platform with the right people and the right expertise,” said Andrew Slowik, Managing Director of Cushman & Wakefield’s Florida Land Advisory team and Co-Chair of its National Land Advisory Group. “He’s integral to our broader growth plans in serving land and multifamily clients in a complex but thriving market.”
Added Wanda Riley, Cushman & Wakefield Florida Managing Principal, “Under Andy’s leadership and with the addition of Jordan, we have a tremendous, market-leading land team in place. Our strategic investments in capital markets and, specifically, in our land team best position Cushman & Wakefield to provide unparalleled service and solutions for multifamily and investor clients as Florida continues to grow and require additional multifamily supply.”
Wean joins Cushman & Wakefield from Denholtz where he oversaw market investment strategy and leasing initiatives for its southeast commercial portfolio, which exceeds 3 million square feet across five states. He is a graduate of the University of Central Florida and an active member of NAIOP, where he was a past president of the organization’s Central Florida Developing Leaders Group.
