Mike Donaldson is a Vice Chairman with Cushman & Wakefield’s Florida investment sales team. Mr. Donaldson co‐leads the Florida Multifamily Group advising and representing institutional and private capital owners as well as developers of multifamily assets throughout the Tampa Bay, southwest Florida, central Florida and north Florida markets.

Mr. Donaldson and his partner Nick Meoli joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2019 and have a combined 35 years of experience in the multifamily industry. Their expertise in multifamily investment sales includes value-add communities, new construction, development projects, portfolio sales, BTR and SFR communities, affordable housing, fractured condominiums, loan sales and distressed assets in primary, secondary and tertiary markets throughout the state. They have successfully represented clients on sales of 80,000 units totaling over $4 billion in transaction volume, achieving some of the highest accolades in the industry. Additionally, the team has established themselves as market leaders for portfolio sales in central and north Florida, having closed 33 portfolios totaling over 10,000 units in the last five years.
