Sellers: Positioning a property for maximum value is the first step. We study existing or potential land use and zoning, consider geophysical conditions such as wetlands and floodplain. We evaluate adjacent uses and their impact on the property, look at traffic counts and flow, and generally examine the property from every angle in preparation for marketing. Using our proprietary database of users, developers, investors and others, we expose a property with both targeted and broad marketing. Typically we do a call for offers with a competitive bid process to achieve the best price and terms.
Buyers: using a wide range of tools, we seek out properties both on and off the market to find the most suitable property. We are data-driven and able to guide a buyer to make the best choice. Lenders: Having successfully navigated several business cycles, we know now to obtain the best value for foreclosed properties.
Coverage: Coast-to-coast in central and north Florida, with offices in Orlando, Tampa, and Jacksonville. We have worked on the East coast from Nassau to Martin counties, on the West coast from Baker to Sarasota counties, and everywhere in between.
