World Trade Center, Netherlands
In Rotterdam, we’re working on the city’s most iconic building, the World Trade Center. WTC sets a high bar for the sustainable retrofitting of historic properties, including solar panels, renewable energy and climate control systems. It started out at a “G” energy rating, and together we brought it up to “A++”.

A minority owned brokerage firm, Arvo has helped fuel economic growth, create new jobs and improve representation of historically underrepresented groups. We partnered by providing key connections and resources within commercial real estate.
