Alan is a real estate development, infrastructure and funds management specialist with international experience, having worked in the UK, South-East Asia and Australia in the Public, Private and Not-for-Profit sectors. With over 20 years’ experience in the property sector, Alan was previously a Partner and Managing Director in PwC’s real estate advisory team based in Australia.

As a Partner in Cushman & Wakefield’s top-tier Advisory+ team, Alan’s credentials covers a broad scope of experience including;

  • Complex precinct development and major real estate projects (strategic, commercial advice and transactions). Working for Government sponsor or bid-side strategy
  • Funds management strategy, benchmarking, advice and capital raising activities, including new fund establishment in emerging social infrastructure asset classes
  • Aged care, retirement, health and other social infrastructure feasibilities, business case, structuring and PPP / complex transaction advice
  • Managing in excess of $700 million in Funds Under Management in the alternate property sectors
  • Portfolio strategy, data and market analysis and financial / commercial advice on key asset, investment and development initiatives for Government, Corporates, private companies and investors and Not-for-Profit clients

Alan also sits on the Board of Aboriginal Housing Victoria, a not-for-profit Housing Association that is the largest indigenous housing provider in Australia.
