Alex Moffatt MRICS is a Director in the Alternative Investments team with over 20 years of experience in real estate advisory services.

Alex is the Australia team lead for Cushman & Wakefield Asia Pacific Data Centre Advisory Team (DCAT). 

He has transacted AUD$1BN+ of development land with project end value in excess of AUD$5BN. 

Prior to specialising in Data Centres he was a lead transaction advisor on the Ford Motor Company Australia, Development Victoria and Viva Energy asset transactions in Victoria. 

His Data Centre clients include Hyperscalers, Fujitsu, HP Enterprise, Macquarie Data Centres, NextDC, GreenSquareDC and DC Alliance. 

Major clients also include CharterHall, GPT, Coles, Development Victoria, Lendlease, GPT, Suncorp and Western Sydney Airport.
