Cameron is a Registered Valuer in Queensland and an Associate of the Australian Property Institute as a Certified Practising Valuer. Cameron is a Senior Director within Cushman & Wakefield’s Alternatives Valuation & Advisory Division. He undertakes valuations and advisory services focusing predominantly on healthcare, retirement living, aged care, manufactured housing estates, student accommodation and Build-to-Rent assets.
Cameron has a broad range of experience in the valuation of commercial, retail, medical, retirement living, aged care, student accommodation, BtR, service station and industrial properties throughout Australia and has over 16 years of experience in property valuations. He has provided clients with a range of services including acquisition and disposal advice, first mortgage security, financial reporting and rental negotiations.
