Chas has been responsible for major leasing transactions in Melbourne, Perth, Sydney and New Zealand as well as being involved in new developments and major refurbishments for both private and institutional clients.
Chas’s experience has seen him run one of the largest commercial Office Leasing teams in New Zealand (CBRE) and the Leasing portfolio for one of the largest Owner and Occupiers in the Melbourne CBD. Chas currently runs the Office Leasing team for the Cushman & Wakefield business where he has been an integral part of building the team from 2 to 12 operators.
Chas’ experience provides him with a unique understanding of both the Landlord and Tenant sides of the office leasing transaction while also providing him with a strong understanding of the slight idiosyncrasies of each of the markets he has operated in.
