David is a member of the Cushman & Wakefield Alternatives business and has a focus on capital markets and transactions. 

During his career, David has advised on a variety of transactions primarily in the commercial real estate segment, and across all sub sectors. Areas of expertise include providing strategic advice, leading recapitalisations, advising on sale & leaseback transactions, raising development fund through capital and raising equity in public and private markets. Current sector expertise includes Healthcare, Seniors Living, Build to Rent, Purpose Built Student Accommodation, Agriculture, Renewables and Social Infrastructure. Early in his career, David also managed various real estate portfolios on behalf of some of the worlds largest funds managers.
