Dominic values going concern self storage assets across Australia and New Zealand. He advises on new site suitability and revenue generation ability (supply and demand studies), assists with due diligence, undertakes market studies, and can also assist with transaction advisory.

His team conducts a variety of industry research including the Self Storage Performance Indicators (SSPI). The SSPI tracks the performance of close to 270 self storage facilities, in six major markets, and is the most accurate reflection of market performance available across the Trans-Tasman self storage industry.

Dominic’s major clients include National Storage REIT, Abacus Property Group and Kennards Self Storage.
