Elisabeth Rogan (née Curtis) is a Director in Cushman & Wakefield's national Alternatives team based in the Melbourne office.
With a decade working in the property industry, she has been specialising in the valuation of Alternative assets across Australia and has established herself as an alternative sector specialist with experience in asset classes including healthcare, seniors living, child care, student accommodation and build to rent. During this time Elisabeth has been part of a team delivery valuation and advisory services in the valuation of ~$10 billion of assets across Australia per annum, including the largest seniors living, healthcare and student accommodation portfolios in the country.
Elisabeth has experience in preparing valuation advice for a range of purposes including mortgage security, acquisition and financial reporting for various lenders, superannuation funds, REITs, global investment managers and private investors.
