With over 20 years in the industry, Gary has dedicated himself to building a high level of personal expertise in the local market. He knows the key drivers of industrial real estate in the state better than anyone else.

His real strength, however, is in how he sources that knowledge. He invests the time to understand the market and the needs of his clients, often traveling across the state to meet with the right people and seek out new opportunities. For him, the most important question is “how would I want the agent representing me to behave?”

With a Bachelor of Applied Science (Property Economics) and a background in industrial operations leasing, he lives and breathes industrial real estate. He doesn’t just know this sector, he has a real passion for it, and he brings this passion to every engagement.
