Kristy Megaw is a property professional with a focus on operational management. Kristy has enjoyed a number of diverse roles, as both the client and service provider. As National Manager – Facilities and Reporting for Cushman & Wakefield, Kristy is currently reporting on the National Australia Bank (NAB) portfolio, leading facilities management, environmental services, project management, HSSE and procurement. Prior to her tenure with Cushman & Wakefield, Kristy was National Operations Manager on a large retail portfolio.

Kristy commenced her career as a Business Analyst and continues to have interest in resource efficiency and productivity. Kristy has an arts degree with a double major in Professional Writing and Communications. Kristy was a finalist with the Telstra Business Woman Awards in 2011 and from 2010-2013 was Board Chairperson for a youth based company focused on socially conscious performance projects. Kristy has an interest in social identities and situational gender roles within organisational culture.
