Matthew’s experience over the last 25 years includes the provision of valuation, consultancy, rental and acquisition advice across a range of property sectors and development properties with a focus on shopping centres. Matthew has undertaken work for The Scentre Group, GPT, Lendlease, Mirvac, Charter Hall, Stockland, ISPT, Aventus and other institutions, property trusts, banks, syndicates and private investors.

Matthew has provided valuation advice and acquisition support in respect of major regional, sub-regional and neighbourhood shopping centres together with major Sydney CBD retail buildings and bulky goods centres. Matthew also co-ordinates the current national retail portfolio instructions for The Scentre Group (Westfield) and Charter Hall.
