Morgan began her commercial real estate career in 2015 and now boasts a decade of industry experience, having been involved in over $6.4 billion of commercial transactions. Based in Melbourne, Morgan is a pivotal member of the National Capital Markets team at Cushman & Wakefield. Her role focuses on the marketing and financial analysis of institutional-grade office assets, primarily within the Melbourne market.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Morgan started her commercial career at Colliers International in the Retail sector. In 2019, she joined Nick Rathgeber and Leigh Melbourne at JLL, working within the Institutional Office Capital Markets team. Prior to her commercial real estate ventures, Morgan was a Licensed Estate Agent (sales) in the residential real estate sector for over 13 years.
