Nick has been brokering commercial property for over 23 years, having worked at the largest global real estate firms in Australia. In his career Nick has transacted in excess of $19.5bn worth of real estate including the 3 largest-ever Melbourne sales being 80 Collins ($1.47bn), Southern Cross ($1.025bn, 50%) and CBW ($608.1m).

Nick has brokered sales involving the vast majority of major institutional investors and in recent years has directly managed an excessive list of sales to on and offshore investors from all regions of the world.
