With significant experience acting in the capacity of principal and head contractor, Sam’s track record showcases a commitment to high-quality projects while upholding stringent safety standards.

Renowned for cultivating exceptional partnerships with clients and contractors alike, Sam's integrity and unyielding work ethic is demonstrated through his hands-on approach to every project he undertakes. His professional journey has spanned diverse sectors, encompassing commercial offices, retail spaces, utilities, and petroleum facilities, where he has consistently excelled in orchestrating construction and fit-out endeavors for his clients.

Furthermore, Sam's entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish and successfully run his own carpentry and construction business for five years. During this time, he honed his expertise in fit-out implementations, mastered the intricacies of tilt-up panel projects, and demonstrated proficiency in project and design management. His breadth of experience in these specialised areas adds a unique and highly valuable dimension to the Cushman & Wakefield team.
