About

Simon has over 14 years' experience providing strategic real estate advice to Occupiers and Landlords in the UK and Australia. Simon started his career with JLL then moved to CBRE, working in the Central London office market with a particular focus on leasing in the CBD and Canary Wharf. Simon relocated to Melbourne with Cushman & Wakefield  to the Tenant Advisory team to focus on providing occupiers with strategic and transactional real estate advice. He has extensive experience in pre-commitments, leasing, lease renewals/re-gears and financial modelling.

Simon’s experience in different global markets and understanding of both occupiers and landlords allows him to provide balanced and insightful advice that will deliver the optimum real estate solution for his clients.
