Steven’s role as the Head of Capital Markets in New South Wales encompasses key investment areas including the Sydney Central Business District (CBD), North Sydney and North Shore, Pyrmont, Rhodes/Homebush, and Parramatta. He works with local and foreign institutional, wholesale, and private owners and investors.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2018, Steven held senior roles in other global real estate services firms, focusing on institutional investment sales and valuations. He has been involved in brokering major office transactions across Sydney.

In 2017, Steven co-founded Inc RE, a commercial real estate services company that completed more than $2 billion worth of transactions. Inc RE was later acquired by Cushman & Wakefield.
