Tim has been operating in Sydney CBD Leasing market for the past 8 years where he has built a considerable track record across a variety of assets. His previous 3 years in Property Management set the perfect platform to thrive in the leasing role.

A key part in the reformed Cushman & Wakefield team’s inception, Tim was directly involved in winning and servicing the team’s growing list of appointments. Tim thrived in the brokerage market, which saw him become the Brokerage Team’s leading deal doer and fee writer and has resulted in 4 consecutive promotions.

Since then, Tim has transitioned onto larger-scale appointments, increasing in both deal volume and transaction size across a wider range of asset grades. His market knowledge, tenacious follow-up and work ethic has seen him consistently outperform co-agents and deliver optimal results for his clients.
