EFTsure™ Software Solution

Cushman & Wakefield uses EFTsure to provide secure payment verification services to our suppliers.

What is EFTsure

EFTsure is an independent, real-time, continuous controls monitoring system that validates the integrity of online transactions and supplier data, ensuring accurate electronic funds transfer of payments. They help organisations securely pay their vendors by providing automated continuous control of outgoing payments.

The EFTsure web portal is used to securely invite vendors to add or maintain bank details. EFTsure will then independently verify all required vendor details making currently manual processes more efficient and secure.

Is EFTsure secure?

EFTsure is a software solution that Cushman & Wakefield has implemented to improve the security of its online transactions and supplier data. It is an independent, real-time, continuous controls monitoring system that is designed to validate the integrity of online transactions and supplier data, ensuring accurate electronic funds transfer of payments. EFTsure follows best practice in securing the system and the data it holds.

Why have Cushman & Wakefield Implemented EFTsure?

Cushman & Wakefield has implemented EFTsure software solution as part of its supplier registration & accounts payable processes to improve the security of its online transactions and supplier data. By implementing EFTsure, Cushman & Wakefield aims to provide greater assurance to its customers and their valued suppliers that when payments are processed, the funds are going where they are intended.

The implementation of EFTsure is necessary in combating the risk of cyber fraud, which is a threat that Cushman & Wakefield takes very seriously.

Suppliers who undertake business with Cushman & Wakefield should expect to receive an email from EFTsure, inviting them to confirm their details with the system, including their business name, ABN, and bank account details. If you have any enquiries or concerns regarding EFTsure, please visit their website here, or contact our team today.
