Derek Woodburn is a Senior Vice President of Cushman & Wakefield’s Toronto’s Office Leasing division and has been with the firm since 2002.
He is experienced in solving the corporate real estate challenges of his clients and leads multi-market client accounts across Canada and the US. He is known for his thorough market research, attention to detail and superior negotiating skills. The results he delivers, and steadfast dedication to his clients' best interests, have earned him a roster of long-time occupier clients.
Derek’s primary focus is representing office tenants in downtown Toronto. Derek and his team provide fully-integrated real estate solutions that include: in-depth client needs analysis, existing lease audit, market research, site selection, financial analysis, lease negotiations, project management and move coordination services.
