Apple Pan joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2005 and has been working in Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Xiamen for more than 15 years. 

With extensive working experience in Greater China, Apple is well-versed in the commercial real estate industry. She has been involved in a wide range of consulting services including architectural design, project management, planning and green development, as well as transaction and brokerage services. She is familiar both with local property practices and international practice standards. Moreover, she is also certified as a LEED Green Associate by GBCI, specializing in architectural design, project management, planning and green development.

Apple and her local team, with support from Cushman & Wakefield Greater China resources, proactively provide services in Fujian province including site selection, project positioning, property leasing, valuation, and investment advisory.

Apple is also a Certified Real Estate Appraiser, and Registered Consulting Engineer, as well as a member of RICS.
