The Industrial & Logistics Property Services team plays a leading role in the China market and has engaged in the transformation and regeneration of a number of major state-owned enterprises’ portfolios, urban renewal projects, and industrial parks, as well as site selection, leasing, transaction, demolition compensation negotiation and transaction management on behalf of end-users.
In 2023, the team concluded approximately 600,000 sq m of industrial space through sale /purchase and leasing activities, with a total consideration of RMB500 million. Furthermore, the team provided professional industrial consultancy services for a floor area of more than 80 million sq m.
