Rosanna Tang leads the research and marketing functions in Hong Kong, and supports the management to establish and drive Cushman & Wakefield's business priorities and development strategies. She is also a key spokesperson on delivering thought leadership content to continue to support the firm’s strong reputation.

Rosanna has extensive experience of 16 years in real estate markets across Hong Kong, the Greater Bay Area and the Asia Pacific region. With her deep understanding of the property market and strong research background from both buy-side and sell-side experiences, Rosanna has led numerous pioneer research papers and client-oriented initiatives throughout her career.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Rosanna held senior positions as Head of Research, Hong Kong and Greater Bay Area at Colliers, and as Director at CBRE Asia Pacific Research. She has also worked in the Corporate Planning & Strategic Investment department of Sun Hung Kai Properties, where she led research analysis for both Hong Kong and overseas property markets.

Rosanna graduated from Peking University with a Bachelor of Law degree majoring in Political and Public Administration, with a double degree in Sociology. She also earned a Master of Science degree in Finance from the University of Michigan.
