Project & Development Services
The Project & Development Services (PDS) team provides professional and comprehensive project management services, encompassing project due diligence, feasibility studies, project planning, design management, procurement management and project execution, through to project completion and auditing. The team also provides clients with quantity surveying services, carbon-neutral sustainable development consulting services, new build and reconstruction engineering construction consulting, and other multi-dimensional project development consulting services.
The Project & Development Services (PDS) team provides professional and comprehensive project management services, encompassing project due diligence, feasibility studies, project planning, design management, procurement management and project execution, through to project completion and auditing.
The team also provides clients with quantity surveying services, carbon-neutral sustainable development consulting services, new build and reconstruction engineering construction consulting, and other multi-dimensional project development consulting services, as well as a one-stop interior design and build service (turnkey service) for fit-out projects.
In 2022, the PDS team successfully delivered more than 430 projects, including architectural consultancy, project management, interior design and build (turnkey services), due diligence, feasibility studies, green building consultancy, and building sustainability consultancy work, as well as workplace strategy and project control (cost and procurement) services. Total contract value exceeded RMB3.5 billion, covering corporate headquarters, office buildings, commercial and education projects, industrial plants, logistics and warehouses, and international exhibition halls.
