David Shi is an expert on project management services, with more than 15 years of diverse experience and an accumulated skill-set ranging from corporate real estate services, to retail store roll-outs, industrial workshops, corporate headquarters, educational projects and mix-used property development project experience in China and overseas.

As China Head of Project & Development Services, David leads a team of around 100 dedicated professionals providing professional project development services to an array of clients, including Fortune 500 MNCs, large scale SOEs, and private hi-tech and finance firms. He is responsible for all aspects of the operational project management business, including business development, client relationship management, resources, P&L, and the overall success of the project management service line.

David possesses excellent overall knowledge in transition management, program management, project management and facility management. He boasts a proven track record in successfully delivering projects in Asia Pacific and the Greater China market, backed by broad sector experience in project development.
