Eason Lee is responsible for Cushman & Wakefield's Taiwan market research, strategic consulting, asset development product positioning, and public land development investment consulting, with more than 17 years of relevant experience. Eason's main clients include state-owned enterprises, financial institutions, public companies, multinational corporations, private investors, and NGO. In these working experiences, Eason specializes in the formulation and implementation of investment promotion strategies, and tender design. Based on this expertise, he has successfully assisted government agencies and private companies to complete the selection of cooperative manufacturers for land development.

Eason is also the team leader of the research publication output of Cushman & Wakefield in Taiwan, conducting long-term research and tracking changes in the lease and sale of the commercial real estate market in Taipei.

In addition, Eason is a certified real estate appraiser in Taiwan. His real estate valuation execution experience covers a wide range of real estate areas including office buildings, industries, hotels, shopping malls, residences and land. Eason graduated from National Chengchi University with a master’s degree in Land Economics
