Tony Su is the Head of Industrial and Logistics Property Services for China, overseeing business development and managing an expert team with rich accumulative experience. He has worked at Cushman & Wakefield for more than 27 years.

His scope of responsibility encompasses three major aspects: industrial site selection for multinational corporations, consulting on development positioning of industrial parks, and leasing agency services for industrial parks. Leveraging his business acumen and extensive experience, Tony is well-versed in the market development of industrial real estate. With deep experience in servicing leading corporations, coupled with unparalleled market knowledge, he provides insightful advice to developers and corporate tenants. With a market-leading position, Tony's professional team provides tailored and superior solutions to help clients achieve their aims, in particular the formulation of strategies for development positioning of industrial parks. Tony graduated from Fudan University in Shanghai with a Bachelor of Economics. He also gained an IMBA degree from Hong Kong University in 2008. Tony has been certified as a Chartered Assets Valuer (CPV) of China since 2001 and a Chartered Real Estate Appraiser (CREA) of China since 2005.
