Xiaoduan Zhang has been in Cushman & Wakefield’s Research arm for more than 15 years, leading the research and marketing communications department of South and Central China. She is also the Deputy Dean of the Cushman & Wakefield Research Institute, leads the Research Center of Excellence for Greater China Residential, and is responsible for the research work of the Greater Bay Area Platform. She is the key speaker and spokesperson for the firm’s research output across these areas.
Xiaoduan has 20 years of comprehensive real estate career experience, combining professional theory and strong practical experience. She has been immersed in the research sector for more than 15 years. In addition to a deep understanding of and insights to the macro environment and policy, she conducts all-round market analysis including in the residential, commercial property and industrial markets. She also possesses unique insights and expertise in market trend analysis.
