Ivy Jia has more than 10 years of real estate industry experience, involving the industrial, office, retail and residential. Sectors. At present, Ivy works in Cushman & Wakefield’s West China Business Development Services team, and is responsible for regular market research and special reports for market hotspots.

Ivy joined the firm in 2015, specializing in scheduled research and special reports across West China, including Chengdu, Chongqing, Kunming and Guiyang. Prior to this Ivy was engaged in consultancy work and provided professional services to brands including Roland Berger, Ronghui Group, China Eastern Airlines, Ascendas, and Haier Group.

From 2012 to 2015 Ivy was a manager at Landvision Property, dealing with economic and policy analysis, market research, consultancy services and financial analysis. Between 2010 and 2012 Ivy was an analyst and broker with an international real estate consultancy.
