Joanne Cheung is based in the Cushman & Wakefield Hong Kong office as Head of Integrated Facilities Management for the North Asia region, leading and supporting the identification, development, and delivery of Cushman & Wakefield's IFM program as part of the Global Occupier Services (GOS) team.

Joanne is a senior executive in real estate, project management and workplace solutions with more than 20 years of experience in global and regional sectors, having worked on both service provider and client sides. She has held senior positions across Asia Pacific and EMEA in banking and finance, technology, retail, and pharmaceutical industries, managing portfolios for leading companies. At Cushman & Wakefield she is dedicated to driving business growth and enhancing employee wellbeing by crafting and implementing IFM solutions that align with the company's vision and values, and is supported by a strong team of professionals in the region. Passionate about delivering innovative, tailored workplace solutions, she focuses on fostering collaboration, productivity, and engagement to enable the firm’s client success.

Joanne is a certified mentor by CoreNet Global and a certified facilities manager trainer, and actively shares her expertise with the next generation of corporate real estate and workplace professionals. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and an MBA in management.
