Kevin Lam is the Executive Director and Head of Retail Services of Cushman & Wakefield’s Hong Kong office, managing the business and operations of the Retail Agency Services team in Hong Kong. Kevin started his property agency career in an international consultancy firm in 1991, specializing in retail and office property sales and leasing services for renowned property projects. He joined the former DTZ/Cushman & Wakefield in 2008, building and heading up the retail agency team and was the project leader on the landmark iSQUARE shopping center leasing mandate. Since 2013 he has been appointed as an Executive Committee member of the Cushman & Wakefield Hong Kong office.

 

Kevin possesses extensive experience in strategic project planning and development, retail trade mix planning, agency and marketing management, sales and lease negotiation and administration. He has also advised a wide range of local and international retailers on store acquisition strategies. Through close and strong working relationships he has developed an in-depth understanding of real estate developers and retailers’ business objectives and requirements.

 

Kevin is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, a RICS Accredited Mediator, a fellow of the Institute of Shopping Centre Management, an AASFP certified Personal Fitness Trainer, an AUSTSWIM Swimming Teacher and a veteran Ironman triathlete.
