Shanshan Deng has been working in the real estate industry for 19 years across China and the UK. After working for the UK’s largest real estate management firm in London for more than three years, she joined the Cushman & Wakefield Beijing office in 2008.

 

Since then, Shanshan has been providing real estate leasing services for leading multinational brands and major domestic firms. With her professional knowledge and skilled negotiation skills, she has exceeded expectations for many clients. During the past decade, she has served several important clients, including Ant Group’s purchase of a 62,000 sq m office building in Weigongcun, and Alibaba’s purchase of a 58,000 sq m office building in Wangjing. She has also worked with Deloitte’s rental of the China Life Financial Centre and Yinhua Fund’s lease at the Beijing Oriental Plaza, as well as Huawei’s and Honor’s office leasing agreements in Beijing, Airbnb’s expansion in Beijing, and Qunar.com’s office rental agreement in Beijing.

 

Additionally, Shanshan handles several key clients’ China portfolios, such as Standard Chartered Bank, Bayer Health Care, and Deloitte. In these cases, she acts as account manager to supervise of all the clients’ activities and transactions across the Chinese mainland. Consequently, her knowledge extends beyond Tier 1 cities to encompass expert experience in Tier 2 cities. With these additional experiences she has gained expert insights on client needs as well as excellent landlord relationships.
