Carlo Vanini joined Cushman & Wakefield Capital Market Group in March 2004, became Associate in 2007, Partner in 2009, Head of the Rome Office in 2013 and International Partner in 2017. He is member of the Italian Board and Head of the Capital Markets Italy.
Carlo has experience in advisory services to private and institutional real estate investors (funds, developers, banks, private investors) in acquisition/disposal of real estate assets and portfolios, investment valuation and analysis (cash flow analysis, risk analysis), portfolio analysis, financing & funding, negotiation. Over the last years, he has been involved as advisor in the acquisition and disposal of properties in Italy and in portfolio underwriting and valuations for more than of 2billion/euros. Carlo has also collaborated with the Luiss University in Rome as a lecturer for the Master of Real Estate Finance.
