Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm, launches its new institutional communication campaign in Milan.

leading global real estate services firm, launches its new institutional communication campaign in Milan. Since March 11, a tram with a dedicated livery has been traveling the streets of the city, carrying a clear and powerful message: “real estate is not just buildings, but places of connection, energy and possibility”.

On the sides of the tram, one of the historic models used by ATM, the words “Better never settles” present the new guiding principle of Cushman & Wakefield: a corporate culture increasingly oriented towards a constant commitment to continuous improvement aimed at creating sustainable value for customers, people and communities. “Better never settles”, in other words, not stopping at what has been achieved but facing challenges with vision and determination, transforming spaces into experiences and opportunities.

Cities are constantly evolving ecosystems. Cushman & Wakefield believes that the true value of real estate lies in the ideas that bring it to life and in the projects that amplify its potential. The real value is not the real estate, but the ideas that bring it to life” is the message that stands out on the sides of the tram.

For one month, the Cushman & Wakefield branded tram will run on lines 1, 5, 10, 19 and 33, traveling along various city routes. A large QR code on the livery links to a dedicated landing page on the Italian website of Cushman & Wakefield to learn more about their role in the real estate sector and how they operate.

A new vision of real estate

The initiative represents the starting point for a new way of communicating real estate: not just construction and transactions, but sustainable and long-lasting value through innovative strategies, consultancy and integrated solutions.

In fact, Cushman & Wakefield works every day to give new life to spaces with:

  • Tailor-made strategies for asset management and enhancement
  • Innovative solutions to transform real estate
  • Analysis and consultancy for sustainable and efficient properties
  • Integrated approaches to make spaces more liveable, attractive and functional

From retail to offices, from logistics hubs to transforming urban spaces, the company supports investors, owners and tenants in creating places where people can work, meet and grow. “A guiding principle for facing the challenges of the present and the future”

“The world is going through great changes and upheavals. I don't think there has ever been a time like this when clients have needed proper advice to face the complexities of our sector,” says Joachim Sandberg, Managing Director of Cushman & Wakefield Italy. Our new global purpose is our commitment to never settle, to always seek better and more sustainable solutions for our clients and the communities in which we operate”.

With ‘Better never settles’, Cushman & Wakefield confirms its desire to be a strategic partner for the future of cities and businesses, anticipating challenges and transforming them into concrete opportunities for growth and innovation.
