Francesca Prandi  joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2003 and currently is Partner within Advisory of Capital Markets Team. Within Cushman & Wakefield she matured strong relationship with colleague in other department and is in a position of delivering an integrated and tailored advisory service to clients. She has close to 15 years of valuation experience almost 10 years of which has been spent valuing portfolios across Italy and EMEA and retail portfolios worldwide for international clients.
