About
Experienced professional with +20 years of experience, Luca worked in different Company on Project & Construction Management, which formed him in different scopes on Construction business in technical expertise, managerial attitude, leadership, and knowledge of all P&CM procedures.
Luca joined Cushman & Wakefield as Project Manager on business line Design+Build within the PDS department, became the Head of this service line from December 2021.
Responsible for the construction services for building refurbishment and office fit out-projects, he manages with team the entire process through an integrated approach with strict controls on time and budget, ensuring the highest quality of the final result, coordinating all the phases of the process, managing estimates, evaluations, architectural and MEP design, to construction and final handover.
