Jurre Brantsma

Jurre Brantsma oversees the Dutch Residential Valuations team that carries out appraisals for institutional investors, private investors and housing associations who focus on residential properties. He mainly serves institutional and private investors.
Throughout his career, Jurre undertook valuations for a variety of asset categories and previously worked as a real estate agent, with a specialization in logistical and light industrial properties.
With an enormous drive and a continuous focus on innovation, efficiency and the possibilities with data, he is actively involved in various innovation projects, including Automated Valuation Modeling and data-driven appraisals of residential properties.
Jurre joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2008, became a member of the valuations team in 2014 and was appointed Partner in 2020.
