Lucy Matchett is a Senior Sustainability Strategy Consultant for Cushman & Wakefield. She works as part of the Real Estate Strategy & Innovation service line in The Netherlands, dedicated to providing clients with data-driven strategic real estate advice. She specialises in strategic development, project management and stakeholder engagement. Lucy advises clients, in close collaboration with her team, on the development and delivery of their sustainability and ESG (environment, social and governance) strategies. 

Lucy is a Chartered Environmentalist (MIEMA CEnv) which demonstrates her knowledge of complex sustainability issues, and her experience in driving change and transformation. She is a Founding Member of Net Impact Amsterdam and a member of the Urban Land Institute, having sat on both the UK and European Sustainability Committees.
