Adam is a quantity surveyor and civil engineer with more than 10 years of experience in the construction industry. He specializes in ground up construction and fit-out projects where he is responsible for budgeting and cost control.

Working as a team leader, Adam is responsible for cost estimations, budgeting, tendering and procurement, and cost control during construction. He also advises clients on procurement strategy and sits on the PDS Poland exco. 

Prior to joining C&W, Adam worked at Ghelamco where one of his last assignments was supervising key tenant fit-out works on one of the biggest office developments in Poland “Warsaw Spire”. 

Adam is also a licensed construction engineer and has the authority to supervise heavy construction works on site.
