The Warsaw headquarters of the global logistics company CH Robinson is a good example of effective budget management. The preparation of 4,500 square metres of space in the Studio office complex (Skanska) showed how careful planning, close cooperation between the leasing and project management departments of Cushman & Wakefield, and open dialogue with the client enable optimal use of the budget, creating an interesting and functional space without excessive financial outlay. Wakefield and an open dialogue with the client enable optimal use of the budget, the creation of an interesting and functional space, without excessive financial outlay.

The entire design process was carried out with the participation of a cost manager who indicated the impact of the proposed solutions on the pre-established budget. A number of changes were also made at the contracting and implementation stages to allow the savings to be used for elements that would improve the comfort of working in the new office. Focusing on costs from the beginning of the project, agreeing on a realistic budget in line with the client's capabilities, and meticulous control of the entire process in relation to the initial assumptions allowed us to achieve all the objectives and complete the project within the originally planned budget. The space was designed according to current trends, taking into account the needs of employees - from co-working areas to conference rooms and relaxation zones.
