Izabela Ługowska has over 12 years of experience in working on the commercial real estate market. In 2012, she finished ICSC European Retail Property School - Leasing Studies. During her career, in cooperation with the Property Management team working directly for retail projects owners, she was responsible for: creating a leasing strategy, budgeting, acquiring new tenants, extending lease agreements with tenants present in the shopping center, negotiating financial terms and wording of the lease agreements, as well as for cooperation with all parties involved in the recommercialization process. She worked for Unibail Rodamco Westfield (Złote Tarasy Warsaw), Greenstone (Centrum Haffner Sopot), CBRE IM (CH Jantar Słupsk, CH King Cross Praga Warsaw, Neptun Office Building Gdańsk)
